If you are still not satisfied with that then you can contact the test operations manager through writing to a specified address .There is usually no one here to attend to people personally so it is not advisable to go to the operations manager in person, instead wait for five working days to receive a response. These are beyond the control of the supplier and the test centre will not accept any liability on such grounds. The test center will also not accept any liability for time lost as a result of these obstructions neither will they accept liability for any loss incurred as a result of you not taking the test.
