In the past few days, we mentioned that it is good to study alone in a quiet study environment. But now that you are more than half way through the syllabus, it is even better to study with your friends, or with your fellow immigrants.
Yes, studying with friends is good at this stage because of what each and everyone will bring to the group. People think in different ways, so when you study in a group you get the benefit of different styles of thinking. Believe me when I say that most of my best results were a result of groups study sessions. You remember things better, and you remember the boring things that you never thought you would remember, because someone else has an interesting way to remember that boring fact. Above all its FUN. Just like back in your school days, group study makes it more fun and reduces the pressure that you might inflict upon yourself. Don’t worry even if the other group members are not using our study material, just show them or email this free course and then get a group study session started.

If you have no friends or colleagues who wish to study for the Life in the UK test, you can find help online on our site. We are currently in the process of setting up study groups in different areas.
